Seascapes and Landscapes Art original paintings Luczay Fine Art

                        Katalin Luczay
Katalin showed aptitude in drawing at an early age growing up in war torn Hungary in the
fifties. After a turbulent time of escaping her country and finally settling in Canada and later
in the US she seriously took to developing her talent. She is basically self taught, but took
the chance to participate in different workshops and private instructions from Bucks County
PA artists.
Working primarily in oil Katalin is also adept in pastels and acrylics. The artist besides
being known for her seascape and landscape art is a recognized portrait painter as well.
Her style is representational realism, and she likes to paint in a painterly way with a play of
light in her works.
Katalin has many commissioned works in private collections internationally.
